Solivaganting: Progress Report 022326
Even though this is the first entry, I guess I can consider this a progress report.
As I've been slowly stepping into this " second half" of my life, I've always been ruminating on what I want to be doing with my time. I'm about to turn 52. At this age, and with some of the things I went though in the last few years, you end up looking at life differently. You don't want to do things the way you did them when you were younger. You feel too old to get back to the nitty gritty of life again, dealing with the public or coming home from a job that just leaves you spent and bitter. And it's not about picking up where you left off but maybe more like getting back to basics, throwing away what didn't work and building upon the stuff that did. That's where I'm at. In each entry/progress report, there will be an update to the list of things I will be doing my best to address or attempt. As much as I want to be able to get to all the goals, I know I won't be getting to all of them all the time. Again, I am getting back to life and I'm not holding myself to any deadlines or expectations. Any progress is still progress. If there is anything that needs or that I want to give a little more insight, I will provide links where necessary.
